Delivery and return policy

The gift card will be delivered as a PDF containing a unique code, which can be redeemed at our salon. The gift card is valid for 6 months. If you would like a physical gift card, you are welcome to visit us in the salon, where we can issue one for you.

Gift cards cannot be used or reactivated after the expiration date, and any remaining balance will not be refunded. Purchased gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please keep your gift card and code safe, as they are treated as a payment method.
